Vijay-All set for his political entry!
After dilly dallying for months,Ilayathalapathi Vijay is all set to enter the murky world of Tamilnadu politics. Vijay will be making his first political foray tomorrow (February 22) at a public meeting in Nagapattinam.Vijay will be speaking about the explosive issue of the "attitude of Sri Lankan government towards Tamil Nadu fishermen".The TN fishermen issue is a very sensitive issue in coastal Tamil Nadu as it has resulted in the death of local fishermen in the hands of the Sri Lankan army. In a recent interview to a Tamil tabloid, Vijay has hit out at the DMK government and the way the first family is controlling Kollywood.
Remember how Vijay went through hell trying to release his Pongal filmKaavalan. To drum up support with opposition parties for the Nagapattinam meet, Vijay father SA Chandrasekhar met up with ADMK supremo J Jayalalithaa at her Poes Garden residence on Saturday.
He wanted the support of Jayalalithaa and her party for the protest meet.
